Tag 01: Hafen von Aqaba – Wadi Rum – Al Kharazah 4x4-Tour – Petra oder Wadi Rum Übernachtung
Am Morgen erwartet Sie unser Vertreter mit einem Schild mit Ihrem Namen vor Ihrem Schiff. Sie werden in 1 Stunde nach Wadi Rum gebracht und treffen unseren Beduinenvertreter im Dorf Wadi Rum. Genießen Sie heute die Erkundung eines anderen Bereichs von Wadi Rum, der als Al Kharazah bekannt ist. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Sie auf einer 4-stündigen 4x4-Tour sehen werden, sind: Al Qatar Spring, die Weiße Wüste und die Felsbrücken in dieser Gegend, die Al Nogra-Schlucht, Harab Antar (Mogher Antar: Höhlen in den Bergen), Sanddünen in der Wüste von Dessi. Ein 1-stündiger Kamelritt ist optional (15 JD/21 USD pro Stunde und Kamel).
Wenn Sie in Wadi Rum übernachten, werden Sie zum Camp gebracht, wo Sie übernachten. Bestaunen Sie die Sterne am Himmel und genießen Sie die legendäre Gastfreundschaft der Beduinen bei einem traditionellen Grillabendessen.

Am Ende der 4x4-Tour werden Sie zurück zum Dorf Wadi Rum gebracht, wo Sie unseren Fahrer wieder treffen und mit Ihnen die 1,5-stündige Fahrt nach Petra machen.

Tag 02: Petra/Wadi Rum – Petra-Tour – Hafen von Aqaba
Frühstück im Hotel oder Camp. Transfer nach Petra, wenn Sie in Wadi Rum übernachtet haben.
Heute besuchen Sie Petra über den alternativen Eingang, der als „Hinterstraße zum Kloster“ bekannt ist. Sie werden vom Besucherzentrum mit einem Allradfahrzeug abgeholt und in das Gebiet von Little Petra gebracht, wo der Weg beginnt. Dies ist der alternative Zugang, um Petra zu Fuß zu erreichen. Er bietet einen spektakulären Blick über Wadi Arava und endet beim Kloster. Sie haben dann Zeit, Petra selbst weiter zu erkunden und über den Hauptweg zum Besucherzentrum hinauszugehen. Mittagessen in einem lokalen Restaurant in Wadi Musa oder ein Lunchpaket, das Sie als Picknick in Petra genießen können. Treffen Sie unseren Fahrer wieder am Haupttor von Petra und fahren Sie 2,5 Stunden zurück zum Hafen von Aqaba.

Der 5-Sterne-Preis für Neben- und Hochsaison gilt nur für Übernachtungen in Hotels in Petra. Wenn Sie in Wadi Rum im 5-Sterne-Sternenzelt übernachten möchten, fragen Sie uns bitte nach dem Preis.

-(A)- For multi-day tours from Aqaba port, we will accept reservation requests up to 48 hour before tour commencement date (Please consider weekends, official holidays and office hours indicated below).
-(B)- Our tour consultants are typically reachable during office hours only: Sun – Thu 10:00-18:00 (Jordan Time: 3 hrs past GMT). In cases of emergencies, you can reach our team through our main mobile contact shown on our website anytime any day, (or if in contact with you a tour consultant already, you would have their specific contact info directly).
-(C)- Please consider Weekend in Jordan is Fri-Sat. Official National Holidays & Religious Holidays include but not limited to: Easter, Eids, Labor Day, Christmas, New Year’s Eve…etc.
-(D)- For Aqaba port arrivals our team will need to issue & prepare the related paper work and manifest and share to the authorities - this is to enable your driver or guide to meet you by the ship, as the alternative would be to catch a shuttle and meet the driver outside the port area which is hasslesome.
-(E)- Confirmation for those tours will be issued on securing the needed services and accommodation is booked. Most hotel reservation teams are reachable till 17:00 Jordan time on weekdays only.
-(F)- Knowledge and recommendations: Booking last minute can be a bit of a double-edged sword when it comes to travel. While the spontaneity can add an exciting edge to your plans, it's important to consider that the availability of services might be limited and the quality of services can be compromised. While we'll do our best to accommodate your preferences, it's worth keeping in mind that securing the most sought-after services may be a bit more challenging. Planning in advance not only secures the best options but also ensures a smoother and more enjoyable journey, allowing you to make the most of your travel experience without the constraints that last-minute bookings might bring.

-(A)- Please check the rates for those multi-day tours, it has been quoted accordingly. Please check the (Pricing) and (View full pricing) which is under (General Section) in order to check the rates or you can contact us to provide you the rate for the requested tour. It is possible to select the desired accommodation standard 3, 4 or 5-star. Note: All quotes are based on Standard rooms at related hotels (a surcharge would apply for upgraded room categories, family rooms etc.). If interested to book accommodation directly yourself – please get in touch.
-(B)- Accommodation choices and preferences will be considered, yet can’t be guaranteed as this is subject to hotel or camp availability and policies. Alternatives of same desired level can be secured (subject to availability).
-(C)- As stated in tour notes, during Black out dates and Peak season times i.e. Easter, Christmas & new years' etc. often hotels / camps can impose a minimum stay to accept a booking or an additional supplement for your stay ex. a mandatory Gala dinner or Christmas stay supplement etc., in such cases JHT team reserves the right to advise guests of similar additional costs to be assumed on guests' side when applies.
-(D)- For FTIs (small groups up to 6 guests) - only a local spot guide is included (who’d only join during your visit in Petra only – if your visit includes Petra) please see notes. Yet for groups of 7 guests and more it is mandated by law that we secure a government licensed guide to escort the group from start at port till drop off to any destination in Jordan.
-(E)- All quotes are based on English speaking local or government licensed guides. Other languages are subject to availability and can’t be guaranteed especially at peak season times, and can ultimately incur a surcharge.
-(F)- The Local guides (who are at the visitor’s center of Petra site) are assigned at the visitor's center of the site on a turn-basis. Travel Agencies cannot guarantee the quality of their services.
- We endeavor to utilize the guiding services of a licensed guide who is known to our agency. During peak times we might provide you with a guide from the Petra Visitors center. As these guides are not known to our agency, we cannot guarantee the level of their service. Any complaints about problems encountered with the guides from the Petra Visitors center should be directed to the Petra Visitors Centre directly at the conclusion of your guided tour.
: 3- Booking online and - or How to book this tour (Shore Multi-Day trips)? SEWON
-(A)- You can book it online or please contact us by email. Kindly note Online bookings: When booking your trip on our website, we kindly ask for the full payment regardless of the booking date. Auto-generated e-mails are sent immediately after payment is made to confirm payment has been received. Online bookings are not confirmed until a personalized email detailing that a booking is confirmed is sent by a member of our reservation team, which will be within 24-48 hours of receiving your online booking.
-(B)- We endeavor to display accurate availability on our website, though on rare occasions online bookings are made concurrently with others, and our website cannot reflect this information.
-(C)- It is highly recommended for group bookings of 7 guest and more that you contact our tour consultants, as for your convenience and ease of accessibility, we will set up a group specific sign-up page allowing all fellow cruisers to share their information smoothly and confidentially – in line with our privacy agreement.
-(D)- Securing accommodation space for larger group is primarily controlled by hotel – camp availability. Feedback will be shared with guests, to determine how best to proceed, example standard rooms may not be fully available, upgraded room types for an additional surcharge could be proposed to guest, our team will make sure you understand your options and can decide accordingly.
-(E)- Then on confirmation time, a specific payment link would be shared, which allow all cruisers to submit their individual payment directly.
: 4- In very rare cases, JHT reserves the rights to amend or cancel the booking in the following cases: SEWON
-(A)- In Last minute booking in less than 24 hrs period of the requested date.
-(B)- When no personalized follow up email detailing that a booking is confirmed is sent by a member of our reservation team. If our JHT team is not available i.e. contact outside working hours, weekends, national holiday, religious holidays or any applicable holiday i.e. Easter, Eids, Christmas, New Year’s Eve…etc.
-(C)- In cases of missing information on guests’ side. As stated, passport information is a must for Aqaba port arrivals, hence when the booking is complete and paid for, yet guest hasn’t shared the needed info for processing, our team will not be able to meet you inside the port area.
-(D)- Also JHT reserves the right to amend /cancel the tour / itinerary for reasons such as service requirements, road or weather conditions, hotel or camp announcements or unforeseen circumstances. Where a change /cancellation is of a significant nature it will be advised to our customers in writing. JHT cannot be held responsible for any service that we are unable to provide due to that particular component being unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
-(E)- Refunds will be applied as applicable
