Wander-/Tourverlauf:
Sie treffen Ihren Guide im Besucherzentrum in der Nähe des Ticketschalters. Sie kaufen Ihre Eintrittskarte (oder wir können sie kaufen/besorgen, wenn sie in unserem Paket enthalten ist). Sie betreten den Archäologischen Park Petra (PAP) durch das Haupttor in Wadi Musa. Der Fußweg von diesem Tor zum Eingang des Siq, Bab al-Siq, dauert bei gemächlichem Tempo 15 Minuten (bergab) und vielleicht zusätzlich 10 Minuten für den Rückweg (weil es bergauf geht), also 25 Minuten. Denken Sie also daran, 40 Minuten zu Ihrer Gesamtzeit für Hin- und Rückweg hinzuzufügen. Vom Eingang zum Siq. Der Fußweg selbst dauert normalerweise nur etwa 10 Minuten und Sie kommen am Obeliskengrab und dem Triklinium Bab As-Siq vorbei. Ein gemütlicher Spaziergang durch den Siq selbst dauert eine halbe Stunde. Achten Sie auf den nabataäischen Wasserkanal auf Ihrer linken Seite und die nabataäischen Keramikwasserrohre auf Ihrer rechten Seite. Halten Sie auf dem Weg zur Schatzkammer (Al Khazanah) Ausschau nach der Kameltreiber-Schnitzerei auf der linken Seite des Siq. Wenn Sie etwas genauer hinschauen, sehen Sie gleich dahinter eine weitere Gruppe Kamele, die nach oben gehen. Beachten Sie die vielen Nischen entlang des Siq, die die verschiedenen Gottheiten darstellen. Nehmen Sie sich weitere 10 bis 20 Minuten Zeit, um die Schatzkammer (Al Khazanah) selbst zu erkunden, viele Fotos zu machen und sich darauf vorzubereiten, noch viel mehr zu entdecken. Nachdem Sie durch den Siq gegangen sind und die Schatzkammer (Al Khazanah) erkundet haben, gehen Sie weiter in Richtung Theater, Königsgräber, (königlicher) Hof und dann die Säulenstraße hinunter in Richtung Qasr al Bint. Auf Ihrem Weg kommen Sie an den Paradiesen, dem Großen Tempel, den römischen Geschäften und dem Temenos-Tor vorbei. Ihre Führung endet hier, es sei denn, Sie möchten mit dem Führer zum Besucherzentrum zurückgehen. Oder Sie können Petra auf eigene Faust weiter erkunden.

In cases of emergencies, you can reach our team through our main mobile contact shown on our website anytime any day, (or if in contact with you a tour consultant already, you would have their specific contact info directly). -(C). Please consider Weekend in Jordan is Fri-Sat. Official National Holidays & Religious Holidays include but not limited to: Easter, Eids, Labor Day, Christmas, New Year’s Eve…etc. - (D). Knowledge and recommendations: Booking last minute can be a bit of a double-edged sword when it comes to travel. While the spontaneity can add an exciting edge to your plans, it's important to consider that the availability of services might be limited and the quality of services can be compromised. : 3- Online Booking and / or how to book this tour (Day trip in Jordan)? DT
-(A). You can book it online or please contact us by email. – (B). Kindly note Online bookings: When booking your trip on our website, we kindly ask for the full payment regardless of the booking date. Auto-generated e-mails are sent immediately after payment is made to confirm payment has been received. Online bookings are not confirmed until a personalized email detailing that a booking is confirmed is sent by a member of our reservation team, which will be within 24-48 hours of receiving your online booking. We endeavor to display accurate availability on our website, though on rare occasions online bookings are made concurrently with others, and our website cannot reflect this information.
: 4- In very rare cases, JHT reserves the rights to amend or cancel the booking in the following cases: DT
-(A). In Last minute booking in less than 24 hrs period of the requested date. –(B). When no personalized follow up email detailing that a booking is confirmed is sent by a member of our reservation team. If our JHT team is not available i.e. contact outside working hours, weekends, national holiday, religious holidays or any applicable holiday i.e. Easter, Eids, Christmas, New Year’s Eve…etc. –(C). In cases of missing information on guests’ side as some information is necessary. – (D). Also JHT reserves the right to amend /cancel the tour / itinerary for reasons such as service requirements, road or weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Where a change /cancellation is of a significant nature it will be advised to our customers in writing. JHT cannot be held responsible for any service that we are unable to provide due to that particular component being unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. – (E). Note that Refunds will be applied as applicable in case if we have the rights to cancel the booking as explained above.
: 1. Excursions and Activities Terms & Conditions and Payment OTIJ
-(A). We may provide you with information (before and during your tour with Jordan Horizons Tours - JHT) about activities and excursions throughout the course of your tour in Jordan that are offered by third-party operators. Because these excursions will be provided by local operators and independent suppliers, Jordan Horizons Tours - JHT does not have any involvement in how they are run, nor can Jordan Horizons Tours - JHT guarantee the accuracy of information in relation to such activities and excursions outside of our control. –(B). Jordan Horizons Tours - JHT cannot guarantee that an optional excursion or activity operated by an independent third party will be available during your tour in Jordan, or that it will operate as advertised. Jordan Horizons Tours - JHT disclaims any liability in relation to such activities or excursions. –(C). Those tours are subject to the supplier’s Terms and conditions or any other circumstances, i.e : service requirements, road or weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances…etc -(D) If you want to include this tour in your Jordan Tour package with us , this will be added to your original booking and you can pay to us directly & it will be added to the tour .-(E). If the supplier cannot do the tour for you for any reason such as service requirements, road or weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances …etc, you will be refunded for that tour.
: 2. When those tours can be booked or added to your tour package in Jordan OTIJ
-(A). Those tours only available for booking in case if a tour package has been booked and those tour to be added to the package. So, Booking this tour is not available UNLESS you have already booked or you are going to book a tour package in Jordan.-(B). Otherwise if you have a rental car and booking Jordan tour by your own, you can contact them the suppliers of those tours to book it for you.
: 3. Booking in Advance or Booking once you are in Jordan ? OTIJ
-(A). Some optional tours can not be booked in advance and they will be available upon your arrival to Jordan (Examples : camel riding in Petra and Wadi Rum, Golf Carts in Petra, Petra by Night, Petra Kitchen, Beit Setti, optional tours in Aqaba …etc. You can ask your driver/guide to book and arrange them for you , and you can pay to the driver or to the service supplier directly. –(B). However, some of the optional tours should be booked in advance, (i.e Balloon Ride , Horse Riding in Petra or Wadi Rum , Guided tours in Petra , Tours by Jeep or Trekking in wadi rum , Hiking tours and guides in Dana …etc), Those optional tours should be booked in advance and they are subject to the supplier’s Terms and conditions or any other circumstances, i.e : service requirements, availability, road or weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances…etc.
Pro-tip: Some activities and excursions are subject to a minimum number of travelers in order to run, while the excursions could be confirmed by supplier months ahead, closer to date, and if the minimum number to operate was not achieved, or if for weather conditions, it was deemed unsafe to run, the excursions can be cancelled by vendor.
