Giorno 01: Aeroporto Queen Alia - Amman e sistemazione
Arrivo all'aeroporto Queen Alia. Il nostro rappresentante ti aspetterà prima del controllo del visto con un cartello con il tuo nome. Si occuperà di tutte le procedure necessarie per ottenere il tuo visto giordano gratuito. Verrai quindi accompagnato al luogo in cui incontrerai il tuo autista.
Verrai trasferito per 30 minuti ad Amman al tuo hotel.

Giorno 02: Amman - Jerash - Ajloun - Um Qais - Amman e sistemazione
Prima colazione in albergo.
Il tuo autista ti incontrerà nella hall dell'hotel la mattina.
Guida per 50 km a nord fino a Jerash, la città ben conservata dell'Impero Romano, spesso chiamata Pompei d'Oriente. Costruita inizialmente da Alessandro Magno, la città iniziò a prosperare dopo la conquista romana e fu una delle città della Decapoli nel nord della Giordania. Avrai una visita guidata di 1,5 ore a Jerash. Visita l'Arco di Adriano, costruito nel 130 d.C. C. per onorare la visita dell'imperatore Adriano. Passa accanto all'Ippodromo che offre spazio per 15.000 spettatori, all'imponente Foro, prosegui fino al Tempio di Artemide, le cui colonne sono alte 12 metri e ogni tamburo pesa tra le 20 e le 40 tonnellate. Altri punti salienti sono la Via delle Colonne e il Ninfeo.
Attraverserai poi una bellissima foresta di pini e uliveti fino a raggiungere la città di Ajloun, dove troverai il castello di Al-Rabid, un castello del XII secolo costruito da uno dei luogotenenti di Saladino nella campagna contro i crociati. Potrai esplorare il castello da solo poiché è un luogo facile da esplorare da solo.
El conductor continuará su viaje hacia el norte hasta Um Qais, que se encuentra en la frontera con Israel y ofrece impresionantes vistas de los Altos del Golán y el Mar de Galilea. Umm Qais es el sitio de la antigua ciudad grecorromana de Gadara, un miembro de la Decápolis. Day 03 : Amman - Eastern Desert Castles - Amman City Tour - Amman & Overnight

This morning your driver will pick you up and you will head north from Amman to the Eastern Desert. You will visit three of the region's famous desert castles built by the powerful Umayyad dynasty in the — UNESCO-listed Qusayr Amra, Qasr Kharana and Qasr al-Azraq. Qusayr Amra was once an Umayyad hunting hideaway. The impeccably preserved castle is now best-known for its 8th-century frescoes that depict hedonistic scenes of nude women, wine and wild times.
Next stop is the impressive 2 story Qasr Kharana where Mesopotamian, Arabic and Greek influences are all apparent inside its walls.
Qasr Al-Azraq is a built from black bassalt and was built as a hunting lodge by the Umayyads, but is more famously known as TE Lawrences headquarters in more recent history.
Arriving back in Amman you explore the city on a City Tour. Amman, is a bustling modern city. The historical places are located in downtown, where you visit the Citadel with remains from the Roman to the early Islamic period. Located at the Citadel is the Archaeological Museum. You will stroll via the Souq, where you get an idea of everyday life, to the Roman Theatre from 2nd century with 6000 seats. Your driver will be with you to transfer you to the sites on the Amman City Tour but the driver cannot enter the sites with you. If you would like a guide for the Amman City tour this is additional cost of $70USD for 03 hours.

Day 04 : Amman - Madaba - Mt Nebo - Dana & Overnight

Today you will travel on the Kings Hwy a route that has been in use for centuries. Your driver will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to Madaba. Best known for its spectacular Byzantine and Umayyad mosaics, Madaba is home to the famous 6th century Mosaic Map of Jerusalem and the Holy Land. With two million pieces of vividly coloured local stone, it depicts hills and valleys, villages and towns as far as the Nile Delta. The Madaba Mosaic Map covers the floor of the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George, which is located northwest of the city centre. The church was built in 1896 AD, over the remains of a much earlier 6th century Byzantine church. The mosaic panel enclosing the Map was originally around 15.6 X 6m, 94 sq.m., only about a quarter of which is preserved.
You will also visit the Church of St John the Baptist which is recognised as the shrine of his beheading. For those not afraid of heights the view from the top of the bell tower is one of the best in Madaba. There is also the Acropolis Musuem housed in ancient vaulted rooms underneath the church and includes an operational well dating back 3000 years to the Moabite era.
You will then proceed to Mount Nebo where Moses is said to have stood and looked out to the Promised Land. On a clear day you can look out over the Dead Sea and all the way to Jerusalem.
You will continue to Dana Village. Explore the area on the Dana Village hike (available all year round). This trail winds above the Dana Village and through the terraced gardens and local craft workshops. Visitors can meet the local residents, see original Ottoman architecture, and learn more about Dana's rich history. Ask us about other short self guided or guided hikes that are available.

Day 05 : Dana - Shoback - Little Petra – Little Petra & Overnight

Depending on the time of year you might like to go on another short hike this morning or there is the chance to join in some optional traditional activities.
Leaving Dana you will stop at Shobak Castle with it's breathtaking location perched high on the mountain over looking the valleys which surround it.
You will continue to Little Petra. You will explore Little Petra which has some fine examples of Nabatean Tricliniums and biclinium, or dining rooms. There is the one of the llast known surviving Nabatean fresco works on the ceilings of one of the bicliniums.

Day 06 : Petra Full Day Visit - Petra & Overnight

Oggi, visita Petra. Questa affascinante antica capitale nabatea ha dominato per lungo tempo le rotte commerciali arabe ed è una tappa obbligata in Medio Oriente. Con la tua guida di lingua inglese, cammina attraverso il Siq (abisso) lungo 1,2 km, passando per santuari, tombe e incisioni, per raggiungere la città perduta di Petra. Guarda il magnifico Tesoro mentre esci dal Siq, esplora la Strada delle Facciate, il Teatro Romano, la Strada Colonnata e termina il tuo tour guidato di 2,5 ore a Qasr Bint. Avrai quindi del tempo libero per esplorare ulteriormente da solo. Ci sono ancora molti posti da vedere come la Chiesa Bizantina, il Tempio dei Leoni Alati e potresti voler salire gli 800 gradini fino al Monastero o la salita più breve fino alla cima dell'Alto Luogo del Sacrificio.

Il nostro rappresentante beduino di lingua inglese ti incontrerà al Wadi Rum Village. Goditi l'ospitalità beduina con tè, caffè ecc. e avrai l'opportunità di incontrare la famiglia beduina.
Goditi l'avventura nella natura selvaggia di un tour in 4x4 del Wadi Rum, seguendo le orme di Lawrence d'Arabia, scalando dune di sabbia e ponti di roccia. Inizia il tour 4x4 di 4-5 ore con il nostro beduino locale che sarà il tuo autista. I siti che visiterai sono: -

Goditi la colazione e l'alba al campo.
Verrai trasferito per 3,5 ore al punto più basso della terra, il Mar Morto, lungo l'autostrada del Mar Morto.
Godetevi il resto della giornata rilassandovi e utilizzando le strutture dell'hotel, compreso l'accesso al Mar Morto e sperimentando la sensazione unica di galleggiare nelle acque salate.
