Itinerar
Priviți cu ochi de pasăre peisajul fascinant cu vedere la terenul maiestuos al peisajului lunar, urcându-vă într-un balon cu aer cald.
Nimic nu ar fi mai interesant decât experiența de a vedea terenul peisajului lunar din cer! O plimbare cu balonul cu aer cald este o experiență unică, atunci când urcați într-un balon cu aer cald cu o vedere de pasăre a peisajului frumos al formațiunilor și văilor maiestuoase ale munților din Wadi Rum. Experiența dvs. de plimbare cu balonul începe dimineața devreme în jurul orei 06:00, iar experiența de plimbare este de aproximativ o oră, dar ar trebui să vă acordați 2 până la 3 ore pentru întreaga experiență.
Condițiile meteo joacă un rol esențial pentru această experiență, astfel că echipajul va alege cel mai bun loc pentru lansarea balonului cu aer dimineața în funcție de direcția și viteza vântului. UNDE: Wadi Rum
START: Locația locului de decolare este determinată de viteza și direcția vântului care predomină în dimineața zborului, locația locului de lansare este decisă de pilotul comandant în ziua respectivă.
FINAL: Unde te duce vântul, face parte din romantism și aventură, nu vom ști exact până nu ajungem acolo.
INCLUS:
- Preluare și întoarcere din taberele locale de cazare din Wadi / Rum Disi.
- Pentru taberele îndepărtate care nu sunt în listă, se poate aranja cazarea la un cost suplimentar.
- Cafea, ceai, apă și selecție de biscuiți și/sau prăjituri înainte de zbor și în timpul umflarii plicului. (Fumatul interzis, mâncarea sau băutura în timpul zborului, doar apă potabilă).
- Instructiuni de siguranta si briefing.
- Pilot și echipaj profesioniști și calificați.
- 45 - 60 de minute de zbor cu balonul cu aer cald (mai mult sau mai puțin în funcție de vânt și de disponibilitatea locului de aterizare).
INFORMAȚII SUPLIMENTARE:
+ Balonul cu aer funcționează atunci când pilotul decide că vremea este potrivită și că este sigur să zbori. Există posibilitatea ca în unele ocazii nefericite să fim nevoiți să anulăm zborul la locul de lansare din motive de siguranță.
+ Persoanele care cântăresc 110 Kg sau mai mult li se percepe un plus de 50% din prețul biletului.
+ Femeile însărcinate care nu pot călători.
+ Vă rugăm să ne informați în avans dacă aveți probleme medicale.
+ Vârsta minimă pentru copii este de 8 ani. Toți copiii cu vârsta de până la 12 ani trebuie să fie însoțiți de un membru adult al familiei sau de personalul instituțional.
+ Fotografii suvenir (disponibile pentru cumpărare, vom face videoclipuri și fotografii de grup în timpul zborului și disponibile într-o memorie flash pentru vânzare).

-(A). For day tours in Jordan, we will accept reservation requests up to 48 hour before tour commencement date (Please consider weekends, official holidays and office hours indicated below). -(B). Our tour consultants are typically reachable during office hours only: Sun – Thu 10:00-18:00 (Jordan Time: GMT+3). In cases of emergencies, you can reach our team through our main mobile contact shown on our website anytime any day, (or if in contact with you a tour consultant already, you would have their specific contact info directly). -(C). Please consider Weekend in Jordan is Fri-Sat. Official National Holidays & Religious Holidays include but not limited to: Easter, Eids, Labor Day, Christmas, New Year’s Eve…etc. - (D). Knowledge and recommendations: Booking last minute can be a bit of a double-edged sword when it comes to travel. While the spontaneity can add an exciting edge to your plans, it's important to consider that the availability of services might be limited and the quality of services can be compromised. While we'll do our best to accommodate your preferences, it's worth keeping in mind that securing the most sought-after services may be a bit more challenging. : 3- Online Booking and / or how to book this tour (Day trip in Jordan)? DT
-(A). You can book it online or please contact us by email. – (B). Kindly note Online bookings: When booking your trip on our website, we kindly ask for the full payment regardless of the booking date. Auto-generated e-mails are sent immediately after payment is made to confirm payment has been received. Online bookings are not confirmed until a personalized email detailing that a booking is confirmed is sent by a member of our reservation team, which will be within 24-48 hours of receiving your online booking. We endeavor to display accurate availability on our website, though on rare occasions online bookings are made concurrently with others, and our website cannot reflect this information.
: 4- In very rare cases, JHT reserves the rights to amend or cancel the booking in the following cases: DT
-(A). In Last minute booking in less than 24 hrs period of the requested date. –(B). When no personalized follow up email detailing that a booking is confirmed is sent by a member of our reservation team. If our JHT team is not available i.e. contact outside working hours, weekends, national holiday, religious holidays or any applicable holiday i.e. Easter, Eids, Christmas, New Year’s Eve…etc. –(C). In cases of missing information on guests’ side as some information is necessary. – (D). Also JHT reserves the right to amend /cancel the tour / itinerary for reasons such as service requirements, road or weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Where a change /cancellation is of a significant nature it will be advised to our customers in writing. JHT cannot be held responsible for any service that we are unable to provide due to that particular component being unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. – (E). Note that Refunds will be applied as applicable in case if we have the rights to cancel the booking as explained above.
: 1. Excursions and Activities Terms & Conditions and Payment OTIJ
-(A). We may provide you with information (before and during your tour with Jordan Horizons Tours - JHT) about activities and excursions throughout the course of your tour in Jordan that are offered by third-party operators. Because these excursions will be provided by local operators and independent suppliers, Jordan Horizons Tours - JHT does not have any involvement in how they are run, nor can Jordan Horizons Tours - JHT guarantee the accuracy of information in relation to such activities and excursions outside of our control. –(B). Jordan Horizons Tours - JHT cannot guarantee that an optional excursion or activity operated by an independent third party will be available during your tour in Jordan, or that it will operate as advertised. Jordan Horizons Tours - JHT disclaims any liability in relation to such activities or excursions. –(C). Those tours are subject to the supplier’s Terms and conditions or any other circumstances, i.e : service requirements, road or weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances…etc -(D) If you want to include this tour in your Jordan Tour package with us , this will be added to your original booking and you can pay to us directly & it will be added to the tour .-(E). If the supplier cannot do the tour for you for any reason such as service requirements, road or weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances …etc, you will be refunded for that tour.
: 2. When those tours can be booked or added to your tour package in Jordan OTIJ
-(A). Those tours only available for booking in case if a tour package has been booked and those tour to be added to the package. So, Booking this tour is not available UNLESS you have already booked or you are going to book a tour package in Jordan.-(B). Otherwise if you have a rental car and booking Jordan tour by your own, you can contact them the suppliers of those tours to book it for you.
: 3. Booking in Advance or Booking once you are in Jordan ? OTIJ
-(A). Some optional tours can not be booked in advance and they will be available upon your arrival to Jordan (Examples : camel riding in Petra and Wadi Rum, Golf Carts in Petra, Petra by Night, Petra Kitchen, Beit Setti, optional tours in Aqaba …etc. You can ask your driver/guide to book and arrange them for you , and you can pay to the driver or to the service supplier directly. –(B). However, some of the optional tours should be booked in advance, (i.e Balloon Ride , Horse Riding in Petra or Wadi Rum , Guided tours in Petra , Tours by Jeep or Trekking in wadi rum , Hiking tours and guides in Dana …etc), Those optional tours should be booked in advance and they are subject to the supplier’s Terms and conditions or any other circumstances, i.e : service requirements, availability, road or weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances…etc.
Pro-tip: Some activities and excursions are subject to a minimum number of travelers in order to run, while the excursions could be confirmed by supplier months ahead, closer to date, and if the minimum number to operate was not achieved, or if for weather conditions, it was deemed unsafe to run, the excursions can be cancelled by vendor.
