1. Visa on Arrival at Allenby Bridge/King Hussein Border – Special Service for Our Guests

We offer a special meet and assist service at the Allenby Bridge/King Hussein Border, allowing our guests to receive a visa on arrival to Jordan. Normally, this border requires a pre-arranged visa, but with our service, we’ll arrange all necessary paperwork in advance. If you’re staying 2 or more consecutive nights, you’ll receive a free visa. Without the meet and assist service, you must obtain a visa in advance.

2. How do I complete the border crossing at Allenby Bridge / King Hussein Border coming from Israel to Jordan?

At the Israeli Terminal: Pay the exit tax, show your passport, and wait in the terminal until you're called to board the shuttle.
Between the Terminals: Board the correct shuttle (tourist, Jerusalem resident, or West Bank Palestinian). Your passport will be collected and submitted to Jordanian immigration.
At the Jordanian Terminal: Your name will be called, your passport returned, and your driver or guide will meet you with a sign. They will help process your visa.

3. How do I complete the border crossing at Allenby Bridge / King Hussein Border coming from Jordan to Israel?

At the Jordanian Terminal: Pay the exit tax, submit your passport, and wait for the shuttle bus.
Between the Terminals: Buy a ticket for the shuttle. You’ll receive your passport back during the ride.
At the Israeli Terminal: Drop off large luggage outside, receive security stickers, pass through immigration, collect your luggage, and exit through customs.

4. Why do you need my passport details in the booking form?

If your tour includes meet and assist, we require full passport details to prepare a visa manifest. This document allows our team to enter the terminal and help you with visa-on-arrival procedures.
