Air travel to Jordan is steadily returning to normal, with a noticeable increase in flight operations from both international and regional carriers. This positive trend reflects growing confidence and improving travel conditions, with current flight activity already surpassing levels seen at the onset of recent regional events.
Several leading airlines have now resumed their services to and from Queen Alia International Airport following a temporary suspension. From the United Arab Emirates, flights have restarted with Air Arabia (operating from Abu Dhabi and Sharjah), Emirates, and Etihad Airways. From Saudi Arabia, Flynas has resumed operations, while Egypt is once again connected through Air Cairo and EgyptAir.
In addition, Ethiopian Airlines, TAROM (Romania), and Oman Air have reinstated their routes. Jordan’s national and local carriers—including Royal Jordanian, Jordan Aviation, Fly Jordan, and Arab Wings—continue to operate regularly, further strengthening connectivity.
This ongoing recovery highlights Jordan’s resilience and reinforces its position as a safe and accessible destination for travelers.
