The Aqaba (Yitzhak Rabin) Border Crossing is open:

Sunday to Thursday: 06:30 – 20:00
Friday and Saturday: 08:00 – 20:00

The border is closed on Yom Kippur and the first day of the Muslim New Year.

Important: During daylight saving time changes, the border operates according to Israeli time. Unexpected closures may also occur without prior notice.

Complete Israeli exit procedures and pay the departure tax.
Walk approximately 200 meters to the Jordanian terminal.
Meet our Jordanian representative, who will assist you with the visa process and escort you to your driver.

Important: All tours start and end at the Jordanian side. Private vehicles cannot cross the border.

4. How do I meet the representative at the Eilat Border?

If the meet-and-assist service is included in your tour, our representative will be waiting for you at the Jordanian terminal, holding a sign with your name.

Important: Please do not proceed to immigration before meeting our representative.

5. Why do you need my passport details when booking?

We require your passport details to prepare the visa manifest needed for the meet-and-assist service at the Jordanian side of the border.

6. Can you pick me up or drop me off at my hotel in Eilat or at the airport?

Unfortunately, private vehicles cannot cross the border. You will need to arrange your own taxi to and from the Eilat border crossing.

7. What are the regulations for groups of 6 or more people?

Groups of six or more travelers are required to be accompanied by a licensed Jordanian guide and a tourist policeman throughout their stay in Jordan.

8. What are the regulations and visa rules for Israelis crossing at Eilat Border?

Israeli passport holders are granted a free visa on arrival.

Dual nationals (holding Israeli and another nationality) must provide Israeli passport details for the visa manifest.
