How to Book Our Shore Excursions in Aqaba (Cruise) with Jordan Horizons Tours (JHT)

(A) The Booking Form:

To book and confirm your shore excursion with us, please use one of the following methods:

1. Online Booking Form (Recommended):

Note: We recommend using the online form instead of downloading the forms, as it is faster and more convenient. Additionally, the online form allows you to save your progress, so you can return to it later if you don't have all the details available at once.

(B) Booking Confirmation:

Once you submit the booking form, we will receive an automatic notification with the details you've filled in. If you choose to use the downloaded form, please return the completed form via email.

Our sales representative will then begin processing your booking and confirm the tour for you. If applicable, we will also send accommodation requests. Please note that we do not check accommodation availability until we receive the completed booking form. If your first choice is unavailable, we will consult with you to find a suitable alternative.

Please allow up to 48-72 hours for the confirmation process. This may take longer depending on weekends, public holidays, and office hours.

Once everything is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email with all the details of your booking.

(C) Payment Process:

After receiving your booking confirmation, you will need to proceed with payment for the tour, according to our JHT Payment Methods, Terms, and Cancellation Policies. Please review the payment options and policies at the following link: JHT Payment Methods & Terms.

• Online Payment by Credit/Debit Card: A secure payment link will be provided.

• Offline Credit/Debit Card Payment: An authorization form will be sent to process the payment.
