How to Book a Multi-Day Tour (2 Days or More) with Jordan Horizons Tours (JHT)

Booking your tour with Jordan Horizons Tours is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to confirm your journey with us :

A) Booking Form

To book and confirm your multi-day tour, you can choose one of the following options:

After completing the form, kindly return it by email to us.

Note: We highly recommend using the online form for a smoother and more efficient process.

B) Tour Confirmation Process

Once we receive your booking form:

1. We will be notified automatically (for online form submissions) or via email (for downloaded forms).

2. Your assigned sales representative will begin processing your booking and confirming the tour details.

3. Accommodation requests will be sent out (if included in your package).
   Please note: We do not check accommodation availability until we receive your completed booking form.

4. If your preferred accommodation is unavailable, we’ll consult with you to offer a similar alternative.

Confirmation Time:
Please allow up to 48–72 hours for tour confirmation, especially during weekends or official holidays.

Once everything is confirmed, we will send you a detailed confirmation email outlining all arrangements.

C) Payment Process

After receiving your confirmation, you'll be asked to proceed with payment based on our Payment Methods, Terms, and Cancellation Policies.
