Adventure Wadi Ghuweir 07 Days & 06 Nights Jordan Tour
<h3><u> </u></h3> <p><strong><u>Day 1: QAIA Arrival evening- Amman overnight</u></strong><span><br> </span>Arrival Amman Airport - Amman with free visa : Arrival to Queen Alia airport. Our representative will meet you before Visa Control with a sign with your name on it. They will take care of all the necessary paperwork for your free Jordanian Visa. They will then take you to meet your driver. You will be transferred 30 mins to Amman to your hotel.</p> <p><strong><u>Day 2: Amman - Madaba - M.t Nebo - Dead Sea overnight</u></strong><span><br> </span>Madaba and Mount Nebo Visit : Drive to the town Madaba, where you find the famous mosaic 6th century map of Palestine in St. George’s church. After that continue to Mt. Nebo, the place where Prophet Moses gazed at the promised land before he died and alleged to be his burial place. You will visit an old monastery; overlook the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea and parts of the Holy Land.</p> <p>Drive to the Dead Sea and Overnight</p> <p><strong><u>Day 3: Dead Sea- WadiA l Ghuweir overnight</u></strong><span><br> </span>Drive to Wadi Al Ghuweir after enjoying morning Dead Sea mud bath and swimming</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Day 4:Wadi Al Ghuweir - Hiking day</u></strong></p> <p>Wadi Ghwair Trail, back to Dana or drive after to where your destination is. Continue along the gravel riverbed of the Wadi, alongside a flowing stream, to the entrance to Wadi Ghweir. Very similar to the famous Siq in Petra, the trail leads through magnificent sceneries of different stone formations and many unique plants and trees on both sides of the river. The scenery is so breathtaking it has been known to cause visitors to forget about everything else -- including how long they have been hiking! After 3.5 hours, you will have tea and you can rest and learn more about the area from your guide. From there, continue to the Byzantine archaeology at Khirbet Feynan until you reach your final destination at Feynan Eco lodge. (*This trail is closed in the case of rainfall in the surrounding mountains, due to the possibility of flash floods) , Details of this trail : ( Grade: Difficult, Distance: 18 km, Time: 7 - 8 hours, Starting time: 7:00 a.m., Guided only )</p> <p><strong><u>Day 5:Wadi Al Ghuweir - Petra Main Trail visit</u></strong></p> <p>Petra visit ( Main Trail 2.30 hrs ) : Today, visit Petra . This fascinating ancient Nabatean capital dominated for a long time the Arabian trade routes, and is a must see in the Middle East. Walk through the 1.2km long Siq (chasm), passing shrines, tombs and carvings, to reach the lost city of Petra. See the magnificent Treasury as you exit the Siq, explore the Street of Facades, Roman Theatre, Colonnaded Street and Qasr Bint. You will then have free time to explore further on your own too . There are still plenty of places to see such as the Byzantine Church, Temple of the Winged Lion’s and you might like to climb the 800 steps to the Monastery or the shorter climb to the top of the High Place of Sacrifice.</p> <p><strong><u>Day 6 : Petra - Wadi Rum 3 hours jeep ride with Lunch Box</u></strong></p> <p>Wadi Rum 3 hrs (4x4)Tour and then Overnight: You will be transferred to Wadi Rum.. Enjoy the wilderness adventure of a 4x4 tour of Wadi Rum, following in the footsteps of Lawrence of Arabia, climbing sand dunes and rock bridges. You will have a Jeep Tour for 03 hrs approximately . sites to visit during the jeep tour will be mainly Lawrence’s spring, Khazali canyon, Little bridge which is one of the most popular rock bridges in Wadi Rum desert is named for its size. Also ,You will have time for the sand dunes to hike . Then Marvel at the sunset and gaze at the stars in the night sky whilst enjoying the legendary hospitality of the Bedouin, before sleeping at the foot of the awesome mountains exploding out from the desert landscape.</p> <p><strong><u>Day 7 :Wadi Rum - Amman Airport departure by evening</u></strong></p> <p>Drive to Queen Alia Airport (Amman Airport) and Drop you off, where your tour ends there, Good Bye!</p>
