Detailed Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Queen Alia Airport – Amman | Overnight

Your journey begins upon arrival at Queen Alia International Airport, where our representative will meet you before customs and assist with your free Jordanian visa. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Amman, Jordan’s lively capital set between desert landscapes and the fertile Jordan Valley.
The remainder of the day is free. If you arrive early, optional excursions or independent exploration of Amman’s cafés, restaurants, and nightlife can be arranged.

Meals: No meals included

Day 2: Amman – Jerash – Ajloun – Amman | Overnight

Today features an enriching guided tour of northern Jordan. Begin with the impressive Ajloun Castle, a 12th-century Islamic fortress built by one of Saladin’s generals to defend key trade routes and iron mines. Perched high above the valley, the castle offers sweeping views that may extend as far as the Dead Sea on clear days.

Continue to the spectacular Greco-Roman city of Jerash, one of the best-preserved Roman cities in the world. Accompanied by your guide, explore its grand colonnaded streets, temples, theaters, public squares, and city gates, revealing the remarkable urban planning of the Roman era.

Return to Amman, where the evening is free to stroll downtown, enjoy a local café, or dine at a traditional Jordanian restaurant.

Meals: Breakfast

Day 3: Amman – Baptism Site – Dead Sea – Wadi Musa (Petra) | Overnight

After breakfast, travel west toward the Baptism Site of Jesus Christ (Bethany Beyond the Jordan), one of Christianity’s most sacred locations. Recently rediscovered, this holy site attracts pilgrims from around the world seeking spiritual reflection.

Continue to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth, for a relaxing half-day at the beach. Enjoy floating effortlessly in its mineral-rich waters and experiencing the natural therapeutic mud.

Later, drive south to Wadi Musa, the gateway town to Petra, where you will stay for two nights.

This morning, enjoy a guided visit to the legendary city of Petra, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Enter through the dramatic Siq, a narrow sandstone gorge, before standing before the iconic Treasury. Continue exploring the site’s highlights, including rock-cut tombs, temples, the Roman Theater, and ancient streets carved directly into the cliffs.

In the afternoon, explore further at your own pace. A highly recommended option is the climb to the magnificent Monastery, a rewarding walk offering breathtaking panoramic views.

Return to your hotel in Petra for a relaxed evening. Optional spa or Turkish bath experiences are available.

Day 5: Petra – Little Petra – Wadi Rum 4x4 Tour | Overnight

After checkout, visit Little Petra (Al Beidha), a hidden Nabataean site believed to have served as a caravan suburb of Petra. Its carved dwellings, water channels, and lighter-colored sandstone offer a quieter but equally fascinating experience.

Continue south to the magnificent desert of Wadi Rum, famously associated with Lawrence of Arabia. Enjoy an approximately 4-hour 4x4 jeep safari, exploring towering rock formations, ancient inscriptions, and vast red-sand dunes—one of the most dramatic desert landscapes in the Middle East.

In the evening, settle into a traditional Bedouin desert camp, enjoy dinner, and sleep under the stars.
