Day No. (1): QAIA Amman - Amman overnight
Arrival Amman Airport - Amman with free visa: Arrival to Queen Alia airport. Our representative will meet you before Visa Control with a sign with your name on it. They will take care of all the necessary paperwork for your free Jordanian Visa. They will then take you to meet your driver. You will be transferred 30 mins to Amman to your hotel.
Day No. (2): Amman -City tour - Jerash visit - Ajloun overnight
Amman City Tour: Start your Amman city tour to explore Amman downtown. Amman is a bustling modern city. We will visit the Citadel with remains from the Roman to the early Islamic period. Located at the Citadel site is the small Archaeological Museum, housing an excellent collection showing the occupation of the site over the centuries. We stroll via the Souq, where you get an idea of everyday life, to the Roman Theatre from the 2nd century with 6000 seats. The Amman City Tour can be a self-guided transferring you to each site.
Jerash Visit : Drive to Jerash, the well preserved city of the Roman Empire, often called Pompeii of the East. Initially built byAlexandertheGreat,the town started to prosper after the Roman conquest, and was one of the Decapolis cities in northern Jordan. Visit Hadrian's Arch, built-in 130AD to honour the visit of Emperor Hadrian. Pass theHippodrome offering space for 15,000 spectators, the impressive Forum, continue to the Temple of Artemis with columns 12 meters high and each drum weighs 20-40 tons. Other highlights are the Colonnaded Street and the Nymphaeum.

Day No. (3): Visit Ajloun Reserve - Soap House - Biscuit House - Calligraphy House - Ajloun Castle - Amman overnight
Ajloun Visit: Transfer through a beautiful pine-forest and olive groves, reaching the city of Ajloun. Here you will find Al-Rabid Castle; the 12th century Castle built by one of Saladin’s lieutenants in the campaign against the Crusaders. You will explore the castle by yourself. It is an easy site to explore by yourself.

Day No. (4): Amman - Desert Castles - Shumari Reserve Visit - AL Azraq Trail & overnight
Desert Castles visit: You will head East to the Eastern Desert. You will visit three of the region's famous desert castles built by the powerful Umayyad dynasty - UNESCO-listed Qusayr Amra, Qasr Kharana and Qasr al-Azraq. Qusayr Amra was once an Umayyad hunting hideaway. The impeccably preserved castle is now best-known for its 8th-century frescoes that depict hedonistic scenes of nude women, wine and wild times. Next stop is the impressive 2 story Qasr Kharana where Mesopotamian, Arabic and Greek influences are all apparent inside its walls. Qasr Al-Azraq is built from black basalt and was built as a hunting lodge by the Umayyads, but is more famously known as TE Lawrences headquarters in more recent history. Visit the SHUMARI RESERVE, Shaumari Wildlife Reserve is located in the eastern Jordanian desert, close to Azraq Wetland Reserve. The geology comprises desert wadis making up 65% of the area and Hammada areas covered in black flint forming 35% of the reserve. Founded in 1975, Shaumari was founded for the wildlife in the desert area. One of the main goals of the reserve has been to bring back locally extinct species, notably the
Arabian oryx, into the wild. In 1978, 4 Arabian Oryx’s were brought to the reserve for a breeding program.
Visit AZRAQ WETLAND RESERVE, The Azraq Wetlands, located in Jordan's eastern desert near the town of Azraq, is RSCN's only wetlands reserve. The reserve, once a popular stopover for millions of migratory birds going from Africa to Eurasia, is now severely depleted due to over-pumping to support Jordan's growing population. In 1978, the reserve was established as an effort to conserve the oasis. Between 1981 and 1993, water levels decreased sharply, concluding with the drying up of the springs in 1992.Azraq today only makes up 0.04% of its former size.
Day No. (5) On: Al Azraq - Drive to Dana village for Sunset Hike & Overnight
Dana Sunset hike trail, every evening, guests are invited to join the lodge’s guides on a 20- minute stroll to the top of a gentle outcrop to watch a sunset like no other. Against the dramatic backdrop of rugged, multi-coloured mountains, the sun descends, spreading vivid ambers, violets and reds across the canvas of the evening sky. Take this rare opportunity to witness the end of the day in the Bedouin camps below; with children wandering home from play, women tending the evening fires and men rounding up their herds in a peaceful dance as the sun falls to the haunting sounds of the call to prayer. Feel the gentle breeze ushering in nightfall as stars do the sky and guides brew fresh mint tea over the warm fire. The whole activity takes 2 hours, including 40-45 minutes of walking. (Grade: easy, suitable for all ages, Distance: 1.5 km, Time: 2 hours, starting time: 90 minutes before sunset time, Guided Only)
Day No. (6): Dana - Wadi Al Guweir visit ( subject to weather ) - Feynan overnight
WadiGhwair Trail, back to Dana or drive after to where your destination is. Continue along the gravel riverbed of the Wadi, alongside a flowing stream, to the entrance to Wadi Ghweir. Very similar to the famous Siq in Petra, the trail leads through magnificent sceneries of different stone formations and many unique plants and trees on both sides of the river. The scenery is so breath-taking it has been known to cause visitors to forget about everything else -- including how long they have been hiking! After 3.5 hours, you will have tea and you can rest and learn more about the area from your guide. From there, continue to the Byzantine archaeology at Khirbet Feynan until you reach your final destination at Feynan Eco lodge. (*This trail is closed in the case of rainfall in the surrounding mountains,
due to the possibility of flash floods) , Details of this trail : ( Grade: Difficult, Distance: 18 km, Time: 7 - 8 hours, Starting time: 7:00 a.m., Guided only )

Day No. (7): Feynan early check out - Petra Back Road Trail
Back Road to Monastery (Petra Back Road Trail) : You will then be transferred 15 minutes to the Little Petra Area. This back road trail was a Nabatean Processional Route winding it’s way through beautiful mountains area to the Monastery. It offers great views of Wadi Araba. You will have a chance to rest at the Monastery before continuing down the mountain and out of Petra via the Main Trail. You will visit the sites of Petra but in reverse: Qasr Al Bint, the Roman Amphitheatre, the Royal tombs, the colonnaded street, the treasury, and back to the main gate through the siq .

Day No. (8): Petra Al Kubtha Trail
Al Kubtha Trail (Over-viewing the Treasury), To over-view the most important monument of Petra from above, Al Khubtha is the only trail. The Djinn blocks, the obelisks tomb, the entrance of the canyon (Bab Al Siq " a dramatic gorge" ), the Treasury, the street of Facades, the Roman theatre and the Royal Tombs. Then a climb up of a 600 steps viewing the theatre from the above until the Treasury. Then a walk back through the same route to explore the above-mentioned moments with different colouring reflected by the sunlight and shadows of the day time.
Day No. (9): Petra Main Trail 2-hour early morning - Little Petra - Wadi Rum 01 hour camel ride
Little Petra Visit : You will head to little Petra. Al Beidha or Little Petra, is only a few kilometres from Petra and it is literally hidden away in the centre of a mountain. It is believed that Little Petra was an important suburb of Petra, the entry and exit point for the trade routes to the north and north-west. The site contains buildings that have been carved into the sandstone, used as residences, storages and tombs, with water channels and cisterns. The stone is whiter than the heavy rose colour of Petra. The walk through this ancient city is breath-taking and helps remind us again of the capabilities and sense of community of these ancient peoples shared. Day No. (10): Wadi Rum 4 hours jeep ride sunrise early - Kerak - Um Rassas -Dead Sea
Wadi Rum 4 hrs (4x4) Tour Only without Overnight: You will be transferred to Wadirum. Enjoy the wilderness adventure of a 4x4 tour of Wadi Rum, following in the footsteps of Lawrence of Arabia, climbing sand dunes and rock bridges. You will have a Jeep Tour for 04 hrs approximately. sites to visit during the jeep tour will be mainly Lawrence’s spring, Khazali canyon, Little bridge which is one of the most popular rock bridges in Wadi Rum desert is named for its size. Also ,The Um Fruth rock bridge. You will have also time for Lawrence’s House, Burdah Rock Bridge/Burdah Arch.
Visit Um El-Rasas, umm al-Rasas has been identified with Kastron Mefaa in 1986. The ancient name was read in the inscriptions of the mosaic floor of the church of Saint Stephen and in the church of the Lions. The toponym was already known to the Roman and Arabic sources and to the Bible. Eusebius knows a unit of the Roman army stationed on the edge of the desert at Mephaat (Onomasticon 128, 21), a locality which the historian identifies with the Levitical city of refuge of Mepha’atin the territory of the tribe of Reuben on the masher Moab (Joshua 13, 21; 21, 37; Jeremiah 48, 21).
Karak Castle visit: You will stop at Karak City, where you will visit Karak Castle the famous Crusader castle built in 1132/34 by King Baldwin I. of Jerusalem. Kerak Castle is a large Crusader castle located in al-Karak, Jordan. It is one of the largest crusader castles in the Levant. Construction of the castle began in the 1140s, under Pagan and Fulk, King of Jerusalem. The Crusaders called it Crac des Moabites or "Karak in Moab", as it is referred to in history books. It was also colloquially referred to as Krak of the Desert. Kerak Castle is an example of one of the first castles built by the Franks that used a fortified tower structure and is a notable example of Crusader architecture, a mixture of west European, Byzantine, and Arab designs. Day No. (11): Dead Sea- Salted Area - Mukawer - Dead Sea
Dead Sea, A spectacular natural wonder he Dead Sea that is located 427 meters below sea level is perfect for wellness and religious tourism, fun in the sun with the family. With its mix of beach living and religious history you can soak up the sun while Biblical scholars can get their daily dose of religious history. The leading attraction at Dead Sea is the warm, soothing, super salty water itself – some ten times saltier than sea water, and rich in chloride salts of magnesium, sodium, potassium, bromine and several others. The unusually warm, incredibly buoyant and mineral-rich waters have attracted visitors since ancient times, including King Herod the Great and the beautiful Egyptian Queen, Cleopatra.
Makawir (Machaerus Fort) visit , Twenty kilometres south-west Madaba on the King’s Highway is a signpost on the right to Mukawir, the site of Machaerus, mentioned in the New Testament as the palace in which Salome danced in exchange for the head of Johan the Baptist on a platter (Mark 6:21-29). Mukawir lies on a stark promontory (700 meters) overlooking the Dead Sea and protected on three sides by deep ravines. The royal fortress on top of the steep hill is that of Herod the Great. It dates to 30 BC and is a replacement of an earlier structure. It is similar to Herod’s other mountain-top abodes west of the River Jordan: Herodium, Alexanderum and Masada.
Day No. (12): Dead Sea - Mai'n hot springs - Dead Sea
Ma'in Hot Springs: Head to the Ma'in Hot Springs also known as Hammamat Ma'in ( (biblical Belemounta) are a series of hot mineral springs and waterfalls located between Madaba and the Dead Sea in Madaba Governorate. is the thermal mineral hot springs and waterfalls, where Herod the Great was said to have bathed in its medicinal water, and where people have come for thermal treatments, or simply to enjoy a hot soak, since the days of Rome. Here the water, ranging from 45°C to a blistering 60°C, tumbles off the hillside in a series of waterfalls and less assuming trickles, and is collected in a variety of pools for public bathing. It contains potassium, magnesium and calcium.
Day No. (13): Dead Sea- Madaba - Mt. Nebo - Wadi Al Mujib Siq Trail - Amman
Madaba and Mount Nebo Visit: Drive to the town Madaba, where you find the famous mosaic 6th century map of Palestine in St. George’s church. After that continue to Mt. Nebo, the place where Prophet Moses gazed at the promised land before he died and alleged to be his burial place. You will visit an old monastery; overlook the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea and parts of the Holy Land.
Wadi Mujib siq trail : We drive you to Wadi Mujib Reserve, the lowest nature reserve in the world. Here you will do the self guided Siq Trail following a water stream deeper inside the cool canyon. Depending on your fitness level you can scramble along small waterfalls, but the further you go the higher the water, sometimes up to shoulders. With the Siq Trail, this trail starts at the Adventures Center near the Mujib Bridge, where you will take the cantilevered walkway over the dam and follow the course of the river between towering sandstone cliffs to the base of a large waterfall. Depending on seasonal rainfall levels, the gorge may contain pools deep enough for swimming. This is an ideal walk to take slowly and enjoy the cool water and shade, especially in the heat of the summer.
