When you arrive the visitors centre you should buy your entry ticket which costs 7 JD per person and from there you should let the staff of the Visitors Center call our Bedouin Representative. Our Bedouin Representative will meet you at the visitor’s centre if you don’t have a car, or if you have a car, you will meet him at the Wadi Rum Village Guest/Rest House.
Jabel Um Addami is the highest mountain in Jordan and is at the border to Saudi Arabia.
We will start by jeep from Wadi Rum village and go directly to Jebel Um Adami, the highest mountain in Jordan. We will climb up the mountain from the south eastern side, which is a simple climb. We will down from the other side of the mountain to take in views on the other side of the desert. When we finish climbing, we will have the lunch and Bedouin tea with a rest for 2 hours. Then we will go by jeep and a short uphill walk. We will reach a valley less than 300 meters from the border to Saudi Arabia and go to the camp where you will enjoy the sunset and spend the night with Bedouin dinner and tea.
If you are staying overnight: You will then be taken to your overnight accommodation. A traditional dinner will be served (including vegetarian options).
The next day enjoy Breakfast and sunrise at the camp.
You will be transferred back to Rum Village. Or there is the option of riding a camel back (25JD per camel)
If you arrive in Wadi Rum late in the afternoon, you can alternatively take your tour the next morning after breakfast.
