Detailed Tour Itinerary of Petra & Wadi Rum One Full Day Tour from Eilat Border Crossing

Drop Off/Return Time : 07.00 PM - 07.30 PM (Border closes at 8:00pm)
Arrive to the Eilat Border Crossing early in the morning (make your own way there). You will complete the Israeli side of the border crossing yourself. Our representative will meet you on the Jordanian side of the border crossing with a sign with your name on it and take care of all the necessary paperwork for your visa for the day visit to Jordan. You will be taken to meet your driver and be transferred 2.5 hours to Petra. You will start your guided tour from the Visitors Centre for approximately 03 hours. You will walk through the Siq to the Treasury, the Roman Theatre and the Roman Road to Qasr Al Bint Restaurant. You will return to the main gate.
Lunch at a local restaurant in Wadi Musa, or you might like to take a box lunch into Petra to enjoy as a picnic.
You will be transferred roughly 1.5 hours to Wadi Rum. Enjoy a short 4x4 tour of approximately 1.5 - 02 hours seeing the following sites : Lawrence Springs, Sand Dunes, Khazali Canyon and Little Bridge.
You will be transferred back to the Eilat border crossing for your departure from Jordan.

In cases of emergencies, you can reach our team through our main mobile contact shown on our website anytime any day, (or if in contact with you a tour consultant already, you would have their specific contact info directly). -(C). Please consider Weekend in Jordan is Fri-Sat. Official National Holidays & Religious Holidays include but not limited to: Easter, Eids, Labor Day, Christmas, New Year’s Eve…etc. - (D). Knowledge and recommendations: Booking last minute can be a bit of a double-edged sword when it comes to travel. While the spontaneity can add an exciting edge to your plans, it's important to consider that the availability of services might be limited and the quality of services can be compromised. While we'll do our best to accommodate your preferences, it's worth keeping in mind that securing the most sought-after services may be a bit more challenging. Please note that “Without hotel accommodation” refers specifically to day trip rates, as overnight accommodation is not required.
: 3. Online Booking and How to Book This Tour (Day Trip in Jordan)
(A) You may book this tour online through our website or contact us by email for assistance.
(B) Online Bookings: When booking online, full payment is required at the time of booking, regardless of the travel date. An automated email will be sent immediately after payment to confirm receipt.
Please note that online bookings are not confirmed until a personalized confirmation email is sent by a member of our reservations team, typically within 24–48 hours of receiving the booking. While we strive to display accurate availability, in rare cases simultaneous bookings may occur and the website may not reflect real-time availability.
: 4. Amendments or Cancellation by JHT
In very rare circumstances, Jordan Horizons Tours (JHT) reserves the right to amend or cancel a booking in the following cases:
(A) Last-minute bookings made within less than 24 hours of the requested travel date.
(B) When a personalized written confirmation email has not been issued by a member of our reservations team. This may occur if contact is made outside working hours, during weekends, national, religious, or other applicable holidays (including Easter, Eid holidays, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve).
(C) In cases of missing or incomplete guest information, where certain details are required to process or operate the booking.
(D) JHT also reserves the right to amend or cancel the tour or itinerary due to service requirements, road or weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Any significant amendment or cancellation will be communicated to customers in writing. JHT cannot be held responsible for services that cannot be provided due to the unavailability of a specific component caused by such circumstances.
(E) Please note that refunds will be applied where applicable if JHT exercises its right to cancel a booking as outlined above.
