Tour itinerary of Wadi Rum and Petra 03 Days / 02 Nights (2 days in Wadi Rum) From Aqaba:
Day 01 : Aqaba – Wadi Rum Tour by – Sunset – BBQ Dinner & Overnight in Wadi Rum
In the morning your driver will pick you up from your hotel/residence in Aqaba and transfer you 01hr to Wadi Rum.
Enjoy the wilderness adventure of a 4x4 tour of Wadi Rum, following in the footsteps of Lawrence of Arabia, climbing sand dunes and rock bridges. Start the 04-05 Hours 4x4 tour with our local Bedouin who is your driver. The sites you are going to visit are : Nabatean Temple, Lawrence Spring, Sand Dunes, Khazali Canyon, Little Bridge, Um Frouth Rock Bridge, Lawrence House and Burdah Rock Bridge/Burdah Arch.
01 Hour Camel Riding is optional from Rum Village to Lawrence Spring (15 JD/ $21USD per hour per camel).
At the end of the day, marvel at the sunset and gaze at the stars in the night sky whilst enjoying the legendary hospitality of the Bedouin, before sleeping at the foot of the awesome mountains exploding out from the desert landscape. Enjoy the traditional dinner (vegetarian options of food are available).

Day 02 : Wadi Rum – 2nd day (Mountain Scramble) - Petra & Overnight
Breakfast & Enjoy the Sunrise at the camp.
Today you will explore more of Wadi Rum. Choose from one of the following itineraries for the 2nd day :
Jabel Al Hash
We will drive you directly to Alhash mountain where we will have a 5 hours hiking in crossing the mountain. You will be escorted by a local Bedouin will be with you to show you the way and to provide all of the necessary equipment.
This is an simple climb. This route is very exciting with some incredible views. We will start scrambling from the eastern side of the mountain and cross the valley when we arrive the top is 1700m above sea level you will see the differences between colours of the desert mountains and sands. Then we will down from the other side of the mountain. When we get down we will have the lunch and Bedouin tea.
Jabal Um Ad Dami
Jabel Um Addami is the highest mountain in Jordan and is at the border to Saudi Arabia. We will start by 4x4 vehicle from the camp and go directly to Jebel Um Adami. We will climb up the mountain from the south eastern side, which is a simple climb. We will down from the other side of the mountain to take in views on the other side of the desert. When we finish climbing we will have the lunch and Bedouin tea with a rest for 2 hours. Then we will go by 4x4 and a short uphill walk. We will reach a valley less than 300 meters from the border to Saudi Arabia.
Burdah Arch Climb (if you choose this climb you will visit alternative sites on the jeep tour on the first day)
We will drive you directly to Burdah mountain (the biggest arch in the desert) where we will have approximately 3 hours hiking in crossing the mountain. You will be escorted by a local Bedouin to show you the way and to provide all of the necessary equipment. This is a simple climb, with a scramble on a small difficult part just before and after the bridge. This route is very exciting with some incredible views. When we get down we will have the lunch and Bedouin tea.
You will be taken back to Wadi Rum Village where you will meet your driver and be transferred 1.5 hours to Petra.

Day 03 : Petra – Petra Tour–Aqaba
Breakfast at the hotel. Today you will visit the Nabatean Red Rose city of Petra, one of the 7 world wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Start our guided tour with our English Speaking guide for 2.5 hrs and the rest by yourselves. This fascinating ancient Nabatean capital dominated for a long time the Arabian trade routes, and is a must see in the Middle East. Meet your guide at the Visitor's Centre and start to explore the mystic site. You pass the Siq, a narrow gorge where you get the first close views of the colorful sandstone, ending at the beautiful Treasury. Walk along the Street of Facades to the Royal Tombs, the Theatre and Qasr Al Bint. Free time on your own, then walk the same way back to the entrance gate.
We drive you approximately 2.5 hours back to Aqaba
