CORONAVIRUS TRAVEL UPDATE
Due to the ongoing global impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) and the likelihood of international borders remaining closed for an extended period of time, Jordan Horizons Travel has suspended all tours globally until at least 30 September 2020 (and for further notice might be after to be updated later )
This global health crisis has impacted everyone enormously, so we want to make sure your future travel plans are safe, and reassure you that we are committed to supporting our customers in the best way that we can.
If you were booked on a tour that has been suspended due to the pandemic, you will automatically receive a credit of 100% of monies paid (of your deposit or full payment). This excludes the transaction and commission fees covered by banks and the credit card sub-charges fees).
There are two options for redeeming your credit:
-You can re-book a tour now for a future travel date before 30 September 2022.
-You can hold on to your travel credit until you are ready to re-book on a future tour departing before 30 September 2022.
If you are booked on a tour that is due to depart from 1 October 2020, there are currently no changes to your trip, and it is currently scheduled to depart as planned. We are monitoring the situation closely, and will notify you directly (via our customer care team or your travel agent) if your tour is suspended.
-If you want to cancel your booking, you can receive a credit of monies paid.
-For all future bookings, full payment is now due 14 days prior to the departure date of your tour.
