The number of visitors to the archaeological village of Umm Qais in Bani Kinanah District in Irbid Governorate during the first nine months of this year, from local and foreign tourists, reached about 65 thousand.
Umm Qais is famous for its tourist and archaeological landmarks, such as the Southern Theater, the Eastern Amphitheater, and the Byzantine Church. It is considered a tourist attraction, as it was chosen among the best tourist villages in the world for the year 2022.
