From the ancient Roman city of Jerash and the Crusader fortress of Ajloun, to the biblical sites of Madaba and Mount Nebo, the therapeutic waters of the Dead Sea, the rose-red city of Petra, and the dramatic desert landscapes of Wadi Rum, this tour offers an ideal blend of history, scenery, and authentic local experiences.
Arrival at Queen Alia International Airport, where you will be met and assisted by our representative. As you are staying two or more nights in Jordan and using the meet & assist service through a licensed travel agent, you qualify for the Free Jordanian Visa. Our representative will meet you before visa control, holding a sign with your name, assist with formalities, and escort you to meet your driver.
Transfer to your hotel in Amman. Overnight at the hotel in Amman, including breakfast.

After breakfast, depart Amman and drive north to Jerash, one of the best-preserved Roman cities in the world, often referred to as the Pompeii of the East. Originally founded by Alexander the Great, Jerash later flourished under Roman rule as part of the Decapolis. Visit Hadrian’s Arch, the Hippodrome, the impressive Oval Forum, the Temple of Artemis, the Colonnaded Street, and the Nymphaeum.
Continue through scenic pine forests and olive groves to Ajloun, where you will visit Ajloun Castle (Al-Rabid), a 12th-century fortress built by one of Saladin’s lieutenants to defend the region against the Crusaders.
In the afternoon, return to Amman for a short city tour. Visit the Amman Citadel, offering panoramic views over the city and remains from the Roman to early Islamic periods. Walk through the bustling Downtown Souq, then continue to the Roman Theatre, dating back to the 2nd century and seating up to 6,000 spectators.

After breakfast, meet your driver and travel to Madaba, home to the famous 6th-century Mosaic Map of the Holy Land located in St. George’s Church.
Continue to Mount Nebo, where Moses is believed to have viewed the Promised Land. From the summit, enjoy panoramic views over the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and, on clear days, Jerusalem.
Proceed to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth. Check in to a day resort and enjoy free time to relax, float in the mineral-rich waters, and use the resort facilities.
Later in the afternoon, drive approximately 3 hours south to Petra. Overnight at the hotel in Petra, including breakfast.
After breakfast, meet your local guide at the Petra Visitor Center and begin a 2.5-hour guided tour of Petra, the magnificent Nabatean capital and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Walk through the dramatic Siq, admire the iconic Treasury, then explore the Street of Facades, the Royal Tombs, the Roman Theatre, and Qasr Al-Bint. Enjoy free time to explore further before returning to the entrance via the same route.
In the afternoon, meet your driver and transfer to Wadi Rum, one of the most spectacular desert landscapes in the world. Enjoy the sunset, experience authentic Bedouin hospitality, and admire the star-filled night sky surrounded by towering sandstone mountains.
