Nature-Led Mindfulness
Dana's mountain scenery and Wadi Rum's quiet desert landscapes create natural pauses for grounding and reflective travel.
Reconnect through movement, mindfulness, desert silence and Jordan's timeless landscapes on a private journey through Amman, Dana, Petra, Wadi Rum, Aqaba and the Dead Sea.

Jordan brings together ancient cultural sites, broad desert horizons, nature reserves, the Red Sea and the mineral-rich Dead Sea. This variety makes it possible to design a journey that combines discovery with deliberate periods of rest, movement and reflection.
A private Jordan wellness itinerary does not need to be a conventional retreat in one hotel. It can move through the country while protecting space in the schedule for yoga, breathwork, mindful walking, meditation, journaling and restorative time.
Important planning note: exact yoga and meditation locations depend on the selected accommodation, privacy, weather, local access and property rules. Final practice spaces and timings should be confirmed in the operating itinerary.
Dana's mountain scenery and Wadi Rum's quiet desert landscapes create natural pauses for grounding and reflective travel.
Float, rest and add spa time at the Dead Sea as a restorative counterpoint to walking days in Petra and the desert.
Private touring allows Petra, Jerash, Madaba and Mount Nebo to be explored at a pace that leaves room to breathe.
Adjust the number, timing and style of practices according to your group, retreat leader, season and daily touring plan.
This sample route blends Jordan's most memorable regions with space for mindful movement, reflection and recovery. It can be adapted for couples, private travelers, wellness groups and retreat leaders.
Day 1Meet your Jordan Horizons Tours representative and transfer to your Amman hotel. Keep the first day intentionally light after travel so the group can rest, hydrate and adjust before the touring program begins.
Day 2Begin with a short morning mobility or breathing session, then travel north to Jerash. Explore the monumental Roman city at an unhurried pace before continuing toward Ajloun and the greener landscapes of northern Jordan.
Day 3Travel through Madaba and Mount Nebo before descending toward the Dead Sea. The shift from cultural sightseeing to the open lowland landscape creates a natural transition into a slower wellness-focused evening.
Day 4Continue south toward Dana, one of Jordan’s most atmospheric natural areas. This day is deliberately slower and can be shaped around scenery, walking, rest and a deeper connection with the landscape.
Day 5Dedicate the day to Petra. Walk through the Siq and explore the ancient Nabataean city with a private touring rhythm that allows time for water, photography and rest rather than treating the visit as a race.
Day 6Visit Little Petra before continuing to Wadi Rum. As the route moves from carved Nabataean spaces into vast sandstone desert, the tone of the journey naturally becomes more contemplative.
Day 7Spend a complete day inside Wadi Rum, pairing the desert’s scale and silence with a private exploration of valleys, rock formations, sand dunes and viewpoints.
Day 8Leave the desert for Aqaba and the Red Sea. Use the day as a softer recovery interval after Petra and Wadi Rum, with optional water activities or simply a slower hotel-based afternoon.
Day 9Return to the Dead Sea for the most restorative day of the program. Keep the schedule spacious for floating, resort facilities, optional spa treatments and a closing wellness session.
Day 10Enjoy a calm final morning before your private transfer to Queen Alia International Airport according to the flight schedule. If timing allows, the last hours can remain flexible for rest or a short final practice.
Retreat leader / instructor: yoga instruction is not assumed to be included automatically in a standard sightseeing service. If you require a yoga instructor, meditation teacher, private practice space or retreat-specific equipment, include this clearly in your request so the operating arrangements can be quoted and confirmed.
