The border crossing process is usually as follows:

  1. Complete Israeli departure procedures: Proceed to the passport control and departure tax counter on the Israeli side.
  2. Take the shuttle bus: Travel from the Israeli terminal to the Jordanian side. The shuttle usually operates every 25 minutes, although delays are possible.
  3. Enter Jordan: Upon arrival, go through baggage and security checks. If your booking includes a meet-and-assist service, your guide or driver will be waiting to assist you with the visa process and arrival formalities.
4. Why do we need your passport details in the booking form?

This information is needed to prepare the official visa manifest, which allows your driver or guide to access the arrivals area and assist you with the entry procedures on the Jordanian side.
