Experience the highlights of Jordan on a private 3-day journey from Jerusalem to Amman, Petra, and Wadi Rum. This tour combines ancient history, desert landscapes, authentic local food, Bedouin hospitality, and unforgettable sightseeing across Jordan.
At 7:30 AM suggested pickup time, you will be collected from your location in Jerusalem and transferred to the Allenby Bridge / King Hussein Border Crossing.
After completing the border procedures and arriving on the Jordanian side, your driver will take you to Amman, the capital of Jordan. You will explore both the modern downtown area and the historic side of the city.
Visit the impressive Amman Citadel, home to the Temple of Hercules, ancient ruins, historic palaces, and panoramic views over the city.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and taste authentic Jordanian favourites such as falafel, hummus, and the famous sweet dessert Knafeh.
After your visit to Amman, continue south along the Desert Highway to Petra.
Overnight in Petra at a hotel, including breakfast.
After breakfast, begin your visit to Petra, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World and Jordan’s most famous archaeological treasure.
Carved into rose-red sandstone cliffs by the ancient Nabataeans, Petra was once a powerful trading city hidden among dramatic canyons and mountains.
Walk through the narrow Siq to reach the iconic Treasury, then continue exploring Petra’s remarkable sites, including the Royal Tombs, the Roman-style Theatre, ancient temples, and other impressive monuments.
Later, drive to the magical desert of Wadi Rum, also known as the Valley of the Moon. Enjoy the sunset, traditional Bedouin hospitality, and a peaceful night under the desert sky.
Overnight in Wadi Rum at a Bedouin-style desert camp.
Wake up in the heart of the desert and enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast at your camp.
Start your Wadi Rum 4x4 jeep adventure through spectacular desert scenery, red sand dunes, narrow canyons, natural rock bridges, and dramatic sandstone mountains.
During the tour, you will have time to enjoy the landscape, take photos, climb sand dunes, and experience the unique beauty of Wadi Rum.
Depart from Wadi Rum around 3:00 PM and return to the King Hussein / Allenby Bridge. After crossing back, you will be transferred to Jerusalem and dropped off at your destination.
Drop-off at other locations can be arranged on request. Supplement charges may apply.
Please note that on Fridays and Saturdays, the King Hussein / Allenby Bridge usually closes earlier, around 1:00 PM. In this case, departure may be arranged via the Jordan River / Northern Border Crossing. Supplement charges may apply.
