Day 01: Amman - Allenby – Jericho – Qumran – Massada – Jerusalem

Pick you up from Amman and drive to Allenby , then Cross Allenby Bridge, drive to Jericho, the oldest city in the world.  Visit the baptismal site and then continue to Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Visit Massada, use cable car to ascend to Mountain. View Mount of the Temptations and the Sycamore Tree. Transfer to hotel for overnight

Day 02: Jerusalem City Tour  – Jerusalem

Early arrival to the Holy Land via Allenby, meet with your driver for a tour of the City.  Jerusalem occupies a unique place in the world. It is holy to Judaism Christianity, and Islam.  

This day’s tour   starts on Mt. Scopus with a panoramic view of the city from the east. Mount Scopus is part of a ridge of mountains that includes the Mount of Olives. Scopus deserves its name as one of the best places to get an overview of Jerusalem especially from the mount’s promenade. Then to Mount of Olives. The Mount of Olives, one of three hills on a long ridge to the east of Jerusalem, is the location of many biblical events. Rising to more than 800 meters, it offers an unrivalled vista of the Old City and its environs. Continue to Garden of Gethsemane.

The Garden of Gethsemane, near the foot of the Mount of Olives, named in the New Testament where Jesus went with his disciples to pray the night before he was crucified.

In the afternoon, walk into the Old City to see and touch the Western Wall (Wailing Wall), the only one remnant of the Second Temple. Walk the Way of the Cross, the Via Dolorosa, to Calvary and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, housing both the traditional site of Crucifixion and the Tomb of the Resurrection.

Then turn southwest, just outside the Old City, visit Mount Zion, with the traditional tomb of King David and the Room of the Last Supper. Finish your day by transferring to your hotel for an overnight.

Day 03: New City - Bethlehem Tour  – Jerusalem

After breakfast at your hotel, meet with your driver for another eventful day. Departure for a visit to the New City of Jerusalem. Visit the Shrine of the Book in the Museum of Israel, where the manuscripts of the Dead Sea and the Model representing the City of Jerusalem in the time of Jesus are on display.

We continue towards Ein Karem, a picturesque neighborhood on the outskirts of Jerusalem to visit the Church of the Visitation that honors the visit paid by Virgin Mary to Elizabeth. This is the site where tradition tells us that Mary recited her song of praise, the Magnificent, one of the most ancient hymns to Mary.

In the afternoon, travel to Bethlehem. Visit of the Church of the Nativity, the Grotto of the Nativity and Chapel of Saint Jerome. The Church of the Nativity is the most important landmark in Bethlehem and marks the site where the nativity took place. It was in Bethlehem just over 2,000 years ago that Mary gave birth to baby Jesus. Today Bethlehem is a thriving city in the Palestinian Authority West Bank approximately 10 km south of Jerusalem and the Nativity Church is the city’s top attraction.

Day 04: Nazareth- Tiberias - Allenby - Amman 

After breakfast, we will drive to Jezreel Valley and visit Mount Tabor, traditional place of the transfiguration. Continue to Nazareth, the home of Mary and Joseph, and visit the Basilica of the Annunciation and Saint Joseph’s Workshop. Proceed to Cana of Galilee where Jesus performed his first miracle. We go to visit Mount of Beatitudes, site of the Sermon on the Mount. Continue to Tabgha where the miracle of the multiplication of the loaves and fishes took place then visit Saint Peter’s Primacy Church. Continue to visit the ruins of Capernaum, the town where Jesus made his home after leaving Nazareth. Cross back to Jordan, then back to Amman , drop off and departure
